Cancún Exclusive Space Мексика

Absolutely wonderful. The staff, the location, the energy - everything felt easy and joyful. I felt feeling truly rested and recharged. Only too many mosquitos in the yoga area which used to be for water skiing. All yoga instructors including the one who guided me for Root, Meditation and Yin. Pillows in my room need to be deep cleaned. The souls of the pillows were smelt. Other than that, all good.

Clubmed at Cancun is a great place to stay with family and friends . We have great time with William and Italia

Great location, five-star staff, plenty of amenities and we were blessed with great weather. The chefs will go the extra mile to accommodate tastes. A memorable stay.

We spent a week at Club Med Cancun in late Sept. 2026! They were in the middle of some renovations which were a mild inconvenience (there were no options for dinner - you ate where they told you to eat) but it was still awesome, and we have recommended it to friends! If you like a party vibe, don't go in September... it looked like maybe 10-15% occupancy. We loved feeling like VIPs everywhere we went, so it wasn't a problem for us! The staff were just amazing and said hi to us all over the property. A few stand-outs:
---Roman and Leila at Mini Club! They kept our kids happy and entertained despite not having a bunch of other kids their age to play with. Ivan was great too! Roman joined us for dinner one night, which made our little guy's whole trip :)
---Mauricio and Melis at Circus - they were so encouraging with our 6 year old!!
---Jessica at Arts & Crafts - these events for the whole family were so fun and not cheesy at all. Our 8 year old daughter loved this, and so did the adults that participated!
---Margot!! Margot is a performer who went out of her way all week to include our daughter during events and activities. This made my daughter's week!
---Jesus and Elisio at the main pool bar, and Javier at the family pool - they were so welcoming and attentive. We were never without a drink in hand!

We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to return!

An enormous amount of dead vegetation along the beach making it difficult to walk. On some days, you couldn't even get into the water. Because of this, I would never go back. No life jackets available.
The map they gave you was so small that it was useless. I spent the majority of my time walking around searching for things I wanted to see or do.
Towels are extremely rough.
Light/fan buttons aren't labeled and are confusing.
