Our week at the Valmorel Club Med Chalets in the Exclusive Collection surpassed every expectation. The chalet was spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful retreat from the main clubhouse, while still being easy to access and perfectly integrated into the resort experience.

Yona and Ryan were fantastic with my kids, Vassilis was a wonderful host, and the Chef de Village was extraordinarily talented. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the warmth and care of the entire team. From the chalet staff to the locker room team, everyone made us feel genuinely special.

It was a week our family will not forget, and one we will remember with enormous gratitude.

This was my first trip to Europe with my Hanai (adopted family) and everyone of the staff were absolutely amazing❣️
the food, the skiing, the pool, the ambience and the service was fantastic!

Club med Valmorel was beyond our expectations. We lucked out with perfect weather, perfect snow conditions. The chalet team was incredible (Vassilis, our host, was exceptional, as were all the other chalet members, from those in the ski room, to the cleaning team, to the drivers). The setting was magnificent and the resort was clean, GOs friendly, and the mini club was so great for our kids. We loved every minute of it.

Our recent stay at the Exclusive Collection at Club Med Valmorel was nothing short of exceptional - a seamless blend of refined luxury, warmth, and impeccable service set against the breathtaking Alpine backdrop.
From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was not simply a ski holiday, but a carefully curated experience led by outstanding leadership and a genuinely remarkable team.
At the heart of it all is Yanis Baeza (Chef du Village) - a true professional whose presence is felt throughout the resort. Yanis leads with elegance, attentiveness and visible pride in his team. His ability to combine operational excellence with authentic human warmth sets the tone for the entire village.
Our Lodge experience was elevated beyond expectation thanks to Alice, the Lodge Manager, whose attention to detail and effortless grace ensured every aspect of our stay was seamless. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them - a rare and invaluable quality.
The Concierge and Guest Relations teams were equally outstanding. A special mention to Esteban, Supervisor Concierge, whose calm efficiency and problem-solving abilities made everything feel effortless. The concierge team - Théodoro, Capucine and Léna - were exceptional: proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in enhancing our stay, whether arranging activities, reservations or simply offering thoughtful recommendations.
Behind the scenes, excellence continued. Bergamotte, Housekeeping Supervisor, ensured impeccable standards throughout. The Exclusive Collection accommodation was pristine at all times, thanks to the meticulous and warm housekeeping team: Juliette, Océane, Eva, Lorrette, Bouchra and Elvyra - discreet yet consistently attentive, creating an atmosphere of effortless comfort.
Dining at Valmorel was another highlight. Under the supervision of Flavio (F&B Supervisor) and Yasin, service ran with precision and warmth. The restaurant team — Aurélie, Angèle, Jules and Dimitri — delivered attentive, personable service that felt genuinely welcoming rather than procedural.
And of course, evenings were made memorable thanks to the bar team - Emma, Lucas and Kokoz - who not only crafted excellent cocktails but brought energy, humour and personality that made each evening feel special.
What truly distinguishes the Exclusive Collection experience is not just luxury, but people. The culture of attentiveness, professionalism and authentic hospitality is evident in every interaction. The team works in harmony - and that harmony is felt by guests.
Valmorel itself is stunning, but it is this exceptional team that transforms a beautiful location into an unforgettable experience.
To Yanis and his extraordinary team: thank you for setting a benchmark. We left with wonderful memories - and every intention of returning.

Wow! What a wonderful place, with amazing people. We stayed in a 2 bed chalet and had such a lovely experience that we have already booked for two weeks next year.
The resort is beautiful, clean and it's so easy to get out on the slopes. We only wish the days were longer!

From before we even set foot in Valmorel, we were contacted by Paul our host who explained everything we needed to know and would be the person there for us throughout our stay. He was brilliant and along with the others in the chalet team made our stay unforgettable. Special mentions also go to Zoe, Noémie, Claudia, Juliette, Morgane, Clea, Louise, Aurelien, Emeline and Pauline. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were so helpful. Thanks also to Manuel and the team that looked after our chalet and kept it immaculate (with kids that's not easy).

The baby club team who looked after our daughter so we could enjoy some skiing: Anaïs and Ambre. Our baby had never been out of our care before so this was a huge concern for us. They were just fabulous and sent us updates while reassuring us throughout our stay. Our baby had a great time! The problem is, she has been so stimulated, she demands even more from us now!!! :-)

In one of the restaurants you'll find Filippo, the sommelier. If you want a drink to compliment your meal, here is the man to help. It was lovely to find someone that is so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, a superstar.

Finally, the kids club team starting with Amanda (muito obrigado!) and Kevin. A huge thank you to them as they looked after our 9 year old tazmanian devil. The patience and kindness required to look after and entertain these kids: they are miracle workers.
You know when your kid doesn't want to come home with you then something is right!

Overall, one of the best holidays we've had, great for a family or just adults. One of the best club med experiences too.
I said it all at the beginning - so good we're going back!
